t 5 high bays

hung t5 high bays fixtures on wood structure.no problem with radio interference have them on steel structure shop cant even hear the radio from all the static.Been told might have a bad ground .checked all the lights have 120 to ground .tried changing the phases around didnt work .talked to radio shack guy told me to try a shielded speaker wire. bad that this guy spent this much money and has the problem.

Dont know if the panel is grounded to the building steel panel is in wall .I would say not all i saw was #6 going to rods.had 120 phase to steel after scratched paint off .I thank they have the panel mounted to wood inside the wall because panel is not next to a beam.with all 4 lts on cant hear nothing but static .might try and reroute speaker wires .
