I am having a disagreement with my counterparts in other states on bonding armored fiber at power verticals. I believe they should be bonded, and my counterparts say they only need to be bonded at the enclosures. We could be miles between enclosures, and I do believe that that causes a differance in potential at all poles between those enclosures. I look forward to the response. Thank you. catveeguy
