Why are these considered possible VE(cost savings)? Thanks

They are not.

Bolt-on CB's cost more

Feed thru lugs are an add to the cost

Even if you were offering these as a deduct, there's not enough money there.

Right, so bolt on as opposed to snap in and feed thru lugs are NOT VE options. They add to the cost.

Added material cost might result in lower installation costs, right?

I am not impressed by people that think VE means only 'cheaper materials'.
