300.8 Installation of Conductors with Other Systems. Raceways or cable trays containing electrical conductors shall not contain any pipe, tube, or equal for steam, water, air, gas, drainage, or any service other than electrical.

I do not see 300.8 referenced in 725 or 800. 760 yes.

So would not the type of circuit and cable need to addressed to answer this?

Are these raceways real raceways? If they are, who is doing this and why? What are the airlines made of?

I think with class 2 circuits it is ok. otherwise not allowed in general as someone else mentioned. having said that, it is not uncommon to see it done anyway.

725.3 Other Articles. Circuits and equipment shall comply
with the articles or sections listed in 725.3(A) through
(J). Only those sections of Article 300 referenced in this
article shall apply to Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 circuits.
