Single Mode Fiber and Telephone Cable in Same Conduit?

Is it acceptable to install 144 Fiber Single Mode Optical Fiber and 50 Pair Telephone Communications Cable within the same 3" Rigid Metallic Conduit? If not, please include the NEC code reference indicating fiber and telephone can not be installed within the same conduit.

I'm looking at NEC 770.133 (B) which looks like I can put fiber and telephone cables within the same conduit. But, I don't see telephone cables specifically referenced.
