Raceway used as Equipment Ground

Would you agree with this statement?

If the raceway is Rigid or EMT with LISTED fittings have been used and the last 6' or less is Flexible Metal Conduit (LFMC or FMC) an Outside of the Raceway Bonding Jumper for the length of the flex can be used to ensure the proper Equipment Grounding Path.

Even though allowed one must keep in mind the importance on good mechanical connections. The more that there are them or there is a possibility of failure. With the limited experience that I have had I have been humbled by the loose connectors that I have come across as will as corroded connectors.
