Assuming the panel has a neutral included with the feeder yes absoulutly.
They get wired like they do in any panel, white conductor to the neutral bar and the hots to the breakers.
Remember that a 208 panel is rated 208/120. This means there is 208V across phases and 120V from any phase to ground or neutral.Can 208V loads and 120V loads be in the same panel? If so how are they wired in the panel.
