When wiring a Pole Barn where there is no concrete floor with steel or other metal structure how to you address the galvanized watering tanks. There are electric heaters on
GFCI circuits for each tank in the Winter months. These heaters plug-in. The tanks sit on the ground and are not fixed in place.

IMO, the GFCI circuits are all the addressing needed.
