Service entrance rated ATS located away from building - bonding questions

Working on a project with a remotely located generator and ATS, approximately 200' from the building served. ATS will be service entrance rated. No neutral to ground bond in the building since it is done at the ATS. ATS has service disconnecting means. Is it acceptable to bond the water main, gas main and building steel to the ground bus in the building main panel (which is fed from the ATS)? Looking at 250.104, it appears to me that this is acceptable. The ground from the ATS to the panel is sized per 250.66. I think 250.104(A)(3) allows this.

Comments? Opinions? Insults? Derogatory remarks?

Using the NEC definition of a "Building", I would say you would be within Code to treat the house as a Separate Building and connect per 250.32 which is what you appear to have done.

Derogatory remarks on the Forun, Pshawww, you say. :)

Steve,

Does the ATS have overcurrent protection in it?

If so the equipment ground ( Load size to the building) can be sized per 250.122

Don't forget the grounding electrodes at the ATS
