Is GE THQL 2115 15A 2 P Breaker Interchangeable with Cutler Hammer BRD&A 15 breaker?

Is a GE THQL 2115 15A 2 P Breaker Interchangeable with a Cutler Hammer BRD&A 15 amp double breaker?

I went to Lowes to buy the Cutler Hammer breaker but they were out of stock. So I went to another store. A worker there sold me the GE breaker saying they were the same.

He said basically all breakers were the same (and interchangeable) except a Square D- QO.

Now I have gone online and it looks like he does not know what he is talking about. Do I need to return the GE breaker?
