LPG Pipe Electric Heat Tracing

We are looing for advice to install Electric Heat Tracing system with insulation for LPG gas vapor line , operating pressure is 350 PSI, at 70 MMBTU/H .

The pipe size is 2" and total lenght is 400 meters.
Required controled Temp. is 120 Deg.C.

We need to know who is the best Mnfg. of this heat tracing?

IMO you would need your equipment rated for Class 1, Group D, Zone 2. I am not aware of any such product on the market.

Try any MI cable manufacture. Also google "self-limiting" or "self-regulating" heat trace cable. There are several acceptable manufacturers. The area classification is not usually required by well maintained, closed piping alone; rather it is required by equipment it is attached to.
