Would we have a reference check list that requiredby the QA/QC?

We are an office who provide consultancy services. We make our own QMS book.

As you may know, the design processes are:

- Collection of design inputs.
- Preparation of design outputs.
- Review/modification of designinputs.
- Verification and approval of designinputs.
- Validation of design inputs.

For the first two, we need toprepare the required check list that would cover all requirements for the allapplications.

I believe if we have an international reference for the checklist your (A) will be covered. Anyway it was good to learn new word.
