Does anyone have resources to meet the training requirement in methods of release of victims from contact with exposed energized electrical equipment.

Something beyond "just hit the guy with a 2 x 4" would be the most useful.

Not me. But I think first you have to consider whether you're talking about in-house personnel at your plant/ shop/ facility, or construction/ service personnel out in the field. We operate a factory and have our own in-house plan we developed internally but it's not going to work for you. We have shunts all over the place, GFCI everywhere we can get away with it, etc. In our production room the mdp's are very close by as well. Our first plan of action is get the power off; don't touch the person.

We developed what we considered the most logical plan of action and we go over it periodically.
