Conductor sizing for sub-panel

Installing a 60A sub-panel off of an existing 200A panel. Am I correct that #6 THHN copper conductors are adequate? I am using the 75 degree column of 310.15(B)(16) due to termination temp limitations. Looks like I'm good for 65A.

With FMC and THHN conductors, #6 AWG on a 60 amp OCPD is fine. You could go up to a 70 amp OCPD if the load were 65 amps or less.
