How do you do?

I got a shoe to bend the inside 45s
How do you do the outside 45s
Is there a filling?
I could use some flex connector but maybe looks bad
Thx

Notch a triangle out of each sidewall of the wiremold and then bend? (Be sure to deburr the cut edges.)
May or may not be code approved, but it should work and look reasonably good if done in a workmanlike manner. :)

Or else take an outside 90 and bend it back to only 45.

Put a box or elbow connector on each side of the outside 45 deg corners and drill/fish flex between them inside the wall. Not as ugly as anything on exterior that doesn't fit snug around the corner.

Use their V5700F flexible section "for getting around difficult angles".

Sorry guys????
That was a great suggestion but it looked to me like far too much unnecessary work

so I asked owner and inspector if we could just miss layout in those existing walls that had never been disturbed

Both were amenable.

Problem solved by "nothing done"
