SER Cable Above A Drop Ceiling?

Is it acceptable to use SER cable above a drop ceiling. I'm trying to feed a sub panel located roughly 200ft from the main panel in a commercial setting. If not SER, what would be the appropriate cable?

Look at 334.12(A)(2) which is directed from 338.10(B)(4). Mc cable would work

Even in resi, #4 CU is no good for a sub panel.
