Assuming you are stating that you did not follow the print as far as The IG's are concerned.

It should only be an issue with the AHJs inspector if the adopted electrical ordinance specifies compliance with the plans and specs as well as the electrical code. Some areas have such rules and others only require compliance with the electrical code.
No matter what, it is a matter of contract compliance and the owner or his engineer may call you on it.

I have an inspection tomorrow and the print showed isolated grounds for 2 of my circuits.AS for my pass or fail would this be a problem .

Depends, is the inspection for code compliance or adherence to the print?
IG's are a design issue not a code issue.

Depending on the jurisdiction, some will inspect according to plans as well as code compliance. If it is stamped and approved plans, then you may be called on it.
