Mobile generator neutral and grounding

I am installing a panel off from a three phase 200 amp diesel generator for the purpose of supplying power to a truck equipped for use of an insulation spray foam setup. This power will never be supplied from a permanent source and will only be supplied from this diesel generator and mounted three phase panel. That being said, how do I wire the neutral and ground? The generator has three power connections and a neutral connection. Do I bond the neutral and ground in the panel? Do I ground the panel to the truck metal? The generator is mounted to the truck by rubber mounts for noise purposes. Do I need to ground the generator frame to the truck frame? Thank you for any help.
