I don't see a problem there but what about 300.3(B)(1) . The exception does not seem to apply here because the raceway does not appear to be plastic. Sorry I show my ignorance here but it doesn't look correct to me

I think you have to run all the circuit conductors together in the same pipe.

I don't think the "crossing" is an issue.

Looks like a very small bonding wire.

Little hard to tell for sure from the photo, but this looks like an MI cable install and it looks like there is a non-ferrous mounting plate for the cables. Looks OK from here. I will say that those bonding jumpers look light as compared to the cable size, but that is just a guess from what I see in the photo.

Think eddy currants you have a problem if there is any steel between phases.
