Expansion fittings on trapeze rack using EMT

When crossing a building epansion joint with a rack of conduit suspended by allthread and where the conduit 90's away from the rack out to a piece of equipment or device is an expension fitting required? The thought process being that the conduit rack is suspended, not rigidly fastened to the structure.

Yes, there still required by code, I'd put them in the general area under the physical expension joint.

If there were not a building expansion joint, I would consider whether the raceway after the 90 was long enough and flexible enough (including supports) to accommodate the calculated expansion.
