is URD even a NEC wiring method?

in any case, you will need 2 hots, a N, and a ground. I seem to recall URD only has 3 wires.

do you think the trailer qualifies as a structure? if so, it needs a grounding electrode system.

URD is often a generic term for USE. If it is truly URD then it would not be legit and could not be installed in the trailer. Most USE is dual rated and compliant
