1'x1' Pull box with 3, 3/4 emt conduits entering ,
3,3/4 emt exiting pull box .

all 10 awg conductors are pacing through no splices
each conduit has a Egc .

I no that the conduits can be used as means of grounding pull box but was told to ground box any ways .

I had some Layin lugs on hand so I decided to stripe one of the Egc and pass it through
the lug to ground box.

Ive used this method a lot with larger pullboxes befor .
But someone said that it's agaisnt code bc u have to have all Egc terminated to box with seems
Wrong to me .

But you still need to use at least one to bond the box and devices unless you have a raceway EGC.
Not covered by 250.148. Otherwise correct. A metal pullbox is required to be grounded. OP indicates EMT as the wiring method. That suggests, but is not an assurance the box (and EMT) is grounded.
