Does the LSZH cable meet NEC 700.10(d)(1) code requirements? I've gone through the internet and found it a fire retardant cable but the question is can we rely on it for the emergency feeders?

It depends on the cable type listing and labeling. As best I can tell, cables with LSZH insulation are currently suitable for Article 725 and 800 applications only.

I am not familiar with the cable you mentioned but if it is a cable it may fall under Chapter 3-- art. 320- art 399

The biggest problem that I am familiar with is whether or not the cable has had a vertical flame rating. Perhaps there are some cables that are not listed in the NEC that may be compliant based on what Smart stated.

I see nothing in the NEC for that cable and zero halogen does not show up but low smoke does show up in many of the articles from a art. 725 on thru chapter 8

(A) Types CL2P and CL3P. Types CL2P and CL3P plenum
cable shall be listed as being suitable for use in ducts,
plenums, and other space for environmental air and shall
also be listed as having adequate fire-resistant and lowsmoke
producing characteristics.
Informational Note: One method of defining a cable that is
low-smoke producing cable and fire-resistant cable is that
the cable exhibits a maximum peak optical density of 0.50
or less, an average optical density of 0.15 or less, and a
maximum flame spread distance of 1.52 m (5 ft) or less
when tested in accordance with NFPA 262-2011, Standard
Method of Test for Flame Travel and Smoke of Wires and
Cables for Use in Air-Handling Spaces.
