How often would that be something you could look at without permission to go into an area where guests typically aren't allowed?

Like everyone else says the interrupting will likely dictate switch & fuse. The Local 3 switchgear OEM's in NYC are primarily built on the switch and fuse model (and NYC code) for the high available fault current, also - don't forget this likely has to go in front of the NYC advisory board and satisfy their requirements.

Thanks Maverick. We're definitely going with switch and fuse because of the high interrupting current that's available. Switch and fuse is always better, plus selective coordination is much easier. and yes, this is definitely going in front of the NYC advisory board.
