The majority of the load you described consists of motor load.
The heating portion of your load has a PF of 100%, and modern HID ballasts would be at least 90%.
The actual power factor of a motor depends on whether it is fully loaded or not. The power factor at no load is very low.
In practice, the power factor of large induction motors at their rated load is between 85% and 90%.
A rough estimate would be about 75% overall.
Motors are not typically PF corrected, unless they are a component of an integrated drive system. (motor and VFD)
