Table 450.3(b) permits me to size my Overload Protection on the primary side of a transformer to 250% of it Full load rating in a Primary Secondary Protection Situation.
Is there any place in the code that permits one to Size the transformer feeder Conductors based on the Full load Current of the transformer or do I need to size them according to the size of the Over current Protection?
I want to keep the Primary protection size High to avoid Nuisance tripping due to Inrush.
