hotel room calcs

When doing a load calc on a hotel, do I add 2va/sf + 1500VA for a bathroom circuit and apply the approriate demand as per 220.42 and then add any HVAC units load?

Looks good to me. Don't forget the hall lighting or any other common area lighting are continuous loads and have different va/ft? allowances.
