We install the P&S system. It installs easily, and works well.
It's (cover your eyes Hal) Cat5e based.
All of the components are in the catalogue and web site, but if you've never installed it, it would be worth while to contact their tech department. They will walk you through the components that you would need.

This stuff works great, pretty, bullet proof, and high dollar depending on how you look at it.
