re: common neutral for branch circuits

okay guys, i need your help. i am running two runs of lighting. one run consist of three circuits. Both runs have the same size of conductors.
Is it okay to put both runs in one conduit and use one neutral and ground wire through out?

Re: re: common neutral for branch circuits

How many total circuits and what type of lighting? This would or could affect the derating.

The answer is yes. The NEC specifically allows a a common neutral for outside lighting (225.7(B)) and does not specifically prohibit a common neutral anywhere. The EGC can be common to all circuits in the raceway.
