bonding grounding conductor to rigid pipe

When running the service grounding conductor in a rigid conduit the conductor is required to be bonded to the pipe at both ends. Is the underground bonding required to be for direct burial? Who makes a direct burial rated bonding fitting for situation?

I would say, the bonding fitting would have to be listed for burial. Section 300.6
