We are in the process of designing and construction of a Solar park PV generation of 10 Megawatt of power and transmission to 69 kv power grid to Pennsylvania power and lighting. The site is located on a plato of a mountain with no any type of buildings/trees nearby.
We are sizing all wires and protection as per NEC.
Question: is the site under NEC regulation ?
