New - NJ Regulation?

I was informed (misinformed?) yesterday that there is current (or pending) legislation in NJ that will nullify Insurance coverage if work is performed on an energized electrical device.

If this IS true - is there a voltage cutoff, when did it (or will it) go into effect.
This seems to be over and above OSHA and NFPA 70E and NESC.

I tried Googling for information but went no where.
My onsite craft and contractors are not aware of the possible regulations.

Does anyone have an article or link that can either substantiate or nullify the claim?

Thank you for your assistance

I've never heard of anything like that. For now I'll take the position that it's untrue.

I was talking to A salesmen at a King of Prussia Electrical trade show, who I have know for a couple of years, with a major electrical equipment company who also have a large service organization.
He said he was at a conference in Atlantic City earlier in the month, where he heard about the "new regulation". It could have been misunderstood by him, hence the wishy washy original statement.
