When doing a load calculation on a Dental office, aside from the demand factor on lighting and any motor loads. Are there any other loads that might require futher demand factor calculations. For example X-Ray machines, Dental chairs, and other dental equipment. Thanks for any help.

None of the loads you named have a specific demand factor. If the NEC does not provide a specific demand factor for a specific load, then you use 100%. In other words, you build the electrical system on the presumption that all of those loads will be running at the same time.

I agree except possibly for the X-ray equipment. If you are using the "momentary rating", you can apply a 50% demand rating to it per 517.73(A)(2).

On the other hand, if you have a "long term rating", then you can't apply any demand factors.
