60 C Zinsco breaker

Just want to check myself on 110.14(C)(1)(A) and 240.4(B).

Can a two pole 60 amp Zinsco breaker with 60C terminations only, be connected to #6 THHN in conduit for a feeder to a sub panel?

Said cable must be applied at 60degC.

6 AWG CU is rated 55 amps and we can roll up to a 60 amp breaker.
