Lost Neutrals

Here is a very sad case of a lost neutral that Mike sent out in his news letters on May 5 or 6 of this year.

I have seen some post responce's that there are some who don't think a lost neutral is a big deal and poses not much in the way of a danger to the occupants. I hope that for those of you that haven't seen this news letter take heart as this type of failure can and has killed many. :D

I just thought I'd share my thoughts with you after reading this news letter.

I have seen the results of open neutrals.Most result in only damaged equipment,but that could run into thousands easy.There is a risk of fire as well.I remember one from Mike Holts master tapes about a frame stuco duplex and it burned after years of using the wire mesh over wood.Open neutrals can be a very serious promplem.
