Quick and hopefully simple question???? Single family dwelling, underground 200amp service, meter enclosure mounted outside, 200amp QO panel mounted directly on the otherside they are connected via 2in. RIGID conduit. There are 2 ground rods outside. There are no parts of concentric or eccentric knockouts left in place. THE QUESTION. Must I use a bonding nut at the meter enclosure? At the panel? The rigid conduit is and we're going steel to steel. Thanks Gunny

Re: bonding

At least one end of the rigid conduit between the meter and the panel must have a bonding locknut or bushing. The code only requires this on one end of the raceway, but some utilities require this bonding on both ends.
