Bonding at co/excentric KOs

Hi All,
It seems that there was a requirement for bonding at co/excentric knock outs when the conduit is being used for grounding but I can not find it. Is there one?

250.92(B) applies only to service raceways. It is referenced by 250.97 for over 250 volt systems.

Appears that there are no requirements for under 250 volts.
