we have an automatic 200 amp transfer switch for a selected 240/120 volt load. No service conductors are involved. The load side of the transfer switch feeds (2) 100 amp panels. The line (utility) side of the transfer switch is fed by a transformer with primary overcurrent device at 125%. Primary & secondary conductor total length is less than 25'. Is this arrangement a NEC violation?
