Computer Server Room

I work a hospital organization and I have been tasked with turning two patient rooms into a information technology computer server room, and I need some help on where to start with the calculations.

After giving this some more thought and reading your profile I have edited my original post and have this advise.

1. Determine a budget. Its going to be in the 6 digit range to get it done right.

2. Hire a professional engineering/design/build firm who specializes in this line.

3. Pay the final bill, get some training, and take over operation.

I noticed your title is an installer. Being assigned this task is beyond an installers capabilities. Computer rooms require 3 diciplines to design; mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and network engineers. Your best advice is talk to your administration staff and inform them this is best left to professionals.

Please do not take this the wrong way........

Hire an Electrical Contractor with this type of experience!

There are far too many considerations that come into play for computer rooms and health care facilities.
