Medium voltage

I am a master electrician who works for a solar energy company. We are moving toward utility size systems and I need more training on Medium to high voltages. Just wondering if anybody knows about an online course or a seminar.

That is a pretty broad catagory, just "training on MV and HV"?? Whole different world you are entering and an online course won't teach you much. Anything specific you need training on? I used to develop and teach custom courses for MV equipment and maintenence for companies, each topic was usually a week or two just to cover the basics.
