Yes, Ryan,seems like ther is a restriction on the number of 120v lighting and general purpose branch circuits you can supply from a 3phase 120/240v panel. could be just my old age kicking in. :D

Just the typicla 42 circuit restriction, unless you are trying to justify the panel as a "power panel" and not a "lighting and appliance branch circuit panel", as discussed in 408.14.

120/240 is usually delta with a high leg you might want to check NEC 240-85 about the slash rated breaker if you have a high leg and are going to use it. :)

No, Ronald, not using the stinger except for 3-phase motor loads. Normally I would use a separate panel for the single phase circuits but there aren't but 4 120 volt circuits and 1 240 volt circuit (single phase) in this shop. Thanks for the reminder though. :)
