Well I guess that means each contactor needs a Normally closed contact
to open the opposite speed lead then.
I did take a little more time and retraced your diagram its fine.
Oops did I leave a jumper off? Only one contactor energizes at a time.
So we need a jumper between the two commons on the load side of the contactors.
And now I'm a little concerned about what...
Hun, we've made four ways here, for the the last 30 years.
Roger I appreciate the compliment, but I no longer have a web site.
Its not worth the trouble to do all that downloading just to...
Its just a interactive GIF that shows how our Tenn. 3 way light switch works.
Unlike a regular three way which is wired with copper and makes it a shock hazard
and very hard...
I agree with everyone here, like some of the others sites its all brag
and no delivery.
When I up Graded I was suppose to do a lot of stuff you couldn't
with the free version.
Some requested me to post this on Mediafire.
I agree, I wasn't sure if he wanted both motors to be the same speed, I just assumed he did.
If he wires it like this he want have any problems I don't think. His drawing indicates he has the skill...
This is the circuit you drew you might have had one common a little different.
I'm just not really sure how you wanted the fans to run when you first energize them?
You have the common off L2 so shouldn't your Low go to L1 like your high does just a question?
This is not Electrical related.
This is a test
I upgraded my Mediafire you may download full folders now.
I have a lot of extra time, you have been a courteous poster.
The best I could tell from your circuit this is what you have.
And it should work fine. Please...
There are several ways two speed motors work this is one.
You keep mentioning the two speed part. Are these snap switches
two switches per motor or is there one threeway or single pole double
throw switch per motor switching between the motor low...
If its wired right and you are using the snap switch for the contactor only its probably a voltage
drop problem causing the contactor to drop out, does your contactor buzz with the two motors?
You need to at least download the Directory HTML and the 3 .JPG signs.
I had trouble downloading the signs, you have to wait untill the sign is on the screen and then...
Try this url
I'm new to MediaFire I forgot to set the folder to share try it now.
And you need to at least down load the HTML file and the three
color JPG color bars.
This is my latest HTML Panel Directory, you don't need a spreadsheet.
You will need to download all the folders shown for the directory to work.
My bad I meant Buck
Boy its getting bad on this end, some times when I get up in the morning
to comb my Gray hair I can't remember which side I part it on.
Hey hows it going, just wanted to thank you for pointing me to that PDF
to verify that, that was a boost configuration.
And I wanted to come back and clear something up about using the numbers...
I looked at the OPs. D-D I know 10 times and could have sworn
it was hooked H4-H1 + X4-X1 but now it appears its H4-H1 + X1-X4
which would make it bucking.
Sorry, I didn't know different Transformers Numbered there Lines differently.
I was always taught that they where suppose to be a certain way.
This DD transformer should be a boost transformer....
All most afraid to chime in, afraid some one will bite my head off again.
So if I am wrong please, I am apologizing now.
But the OP. said he wants to reduce the voltage not increase it.
And I apologize in return. I did not mean to belittle you with that video. I'm sure we all
feel like that at times I know I do.
