Nope, but you can use a 2-pole arc fault breaker. They are available.

When I last bought, it was maybe 10% more than two, single pole AFCI's. They make them in 2-pole independant trip and 2-pole common trip. Either one with work with MWBC's.celtic said:

When I pull bedroom circuits (long distances) insteading of using a 14-3 and not being able to share the neutral, I use a 14-2-2. It has a Black, Red, White, White with red strip and a ground. That gives 2 neutrals and 2 hots for your arc fault breakers and keeps one bedroom on if the other one has a fault condition.
