What are the electrical licensing requirements for Pennsylvania for Journeyman?
Do they reciprocate with any states?
If you are licensed in another state will they accept that as experinece and then you can take the test?

Permits and inspections are required, but licensing is done on the local level. Most areas do not have licensing of any sort, but there are probably 4 dozen different local licenses to be had in order to work in one of the major cities. These do not reciprocate, per se, but having a license from one city will generally make you automatically eligible to sit for the test in another city. Break out your checkbook! Even where a local license is required, many municipalities will give an out of the area contractor a "one job only" license if he can prove he's licensed someplace else and has insurance.

The bigger cities require a license to pull permits ( allentown bethlehem easton wilkesberre scranton phily etc.).Local townships require contractors to register before pulling permit.

If Yoda were posting here he would say........"So quick your tongue is to be rude, strong is the dark side in you."

Just because everyone is not held by the great thumb that FL is doesn't mean they are hacks! Cut em some slack.
