Default telephone board in a hangar

Is there a problem with having a telephone mounting board on the wall of an aircraft hangar?

Is there proper documentation for the for the hangar's electrical area classification. See 500.4(A).

Classification is fairly straightforward. See 513.3. Once properly classified, determining appropriate wiring and installation methods is also straightforward. See 513.4&7.
