Could someone help me find, for the state of California, the full text on this topic. I read a couple of years ago a bunch of specific restrictions and guidelines for apprentices, craft trainees and unqualified persons. It listed distances from live parts and other very particular requirements. I looked at CalOSHA's website and the Department of Industrial Relations website and could not find the specifics. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.

The NFPA 70E has specific distance for Unqualified pesons to exposed live parts. This is from the 2004 70E, the 2009 70E changed the qualified persons boundaries but the Limited Approach Boundaries (Which is what youare asking about, that is the limit of approach for unqualified persons) remains unchanged.
