Here's another question that doesn't make any sense:

The maximum length of exposed flexible metallic conduit at terminal connections of motors installed in a cellar may not exceed

A. 3 feet
B. 4 feet
C. 5 feet
D. 6 feet

According to NEC 348.30(A) Exception 2 the correct answer would be 'C' 5 feet. But the answer key gives 'D' 6 feet as the answer. That doesn't make sense. Anybody wish to comment on this?

As written I don't see how this question limits the length of FMC at all. The limitation is for a section of the FMC to be unsupported or unsecured. It could be 100' long if supported properly.

Every question Eric has posted from this POS book has been !@#$ and this no different.

Eric, you have my sympathy in trying to work your way through this POS book.

"D" 15' is not even an option and the sheet says it's the answer????? "B" 12' is the only answer that is even close.
