Hi all

What does the green "Conditionally Approved" sticker mean exactly?

Does that mean only approved under certain conditions?

Your location might be helpful.

But I would say , yes,. Their are conditions that must be either met or if in place must be adhered to.

Could, "on the condition you support those wires I pointed out better than you did," or, "as long as you change those fixture boxes to fan support in the bedrooms."

Or something like that. I've never seen a tag, red or green. They either sign the permit or they don't.

Thank you all for replies.

It was for a 200 amp service upgrade. The overhead conductors from the energy company

may have to be changed. Could that be it?

I'd say it must mean it fails the general rules in some way, but somewhere there must be mention of what conditions were deemed exceptional in this instance.
