I was given a small very budgetary estimate to do that is in the design build phase. There are only a few small units heaters and some other small motors as well as receptacles etc. It is all gogin to be 120/208 3p4w. Can anyone refer me to information I can read to calculated loads etc. or find out how 15a recpt on a 20A circuit etc. I know roughly bu this may be a good time to try and get basic calculation under my belt.

THANKS!!!!:confused::D

That's it???Thanks;)

It's all in there, of course there are dozen of books on the market to help even the experienced person with that code Article.

Basically you are asking for a two day course in calculations to be pared down to a simple forum answer.

As helpful and experienced as our members are you cannot learn all facets of this trade on this forum.

If you can't, or will not get the books, or take a course your best bet is the examples in the rear of the code book as jumper mentioned.

Mike's CD on article 220 calculations is a great way to learn. Takes you through it step by step.
