I think I see ONE piece of legal PVC conduit.......... a 90? sweep over the left panel.

Gives a whole new meaning to "Arranged to Drain".

That has got to be Indiana.


I'm going to get it for saying that. But I have saw more plumbing pipe used in IN. For electrical then any where I know.

I was just staring at it...with my jaw dropped & speechless! The entire building is like this. I told the guy "I'm sorry but, I have to take a picture of this for my forum friends!"

This is not an attempt to vent anything my friend... this is an attempt at electrical wiring!

I did not originally notice that the small pipes were also electrical

Oh YES! 90% of the approx 6,000 sq/ft building is done this way.

Aside from the obvious disregard for any electrical code by the moron that did the wiring, what really boggles my mind is how someone can purchase a property like this. Complete lack of public safety on the part of the seller, bank & township that let someone purchase this building "as is". I mean, come-on... I can't sell my house unless I make sure I have GFCI outlets where required ...but this is ok???
